Description
Wherever a differential pressure needs to be displayed on-site and simultaneous signal transmission to the central control or remote monitoring is desired, the intelliGAUGE® Type DPGT43HP (patent, protection right: e.g., DE 202007019025) is used.
The basis of the Type DPGT43HP is a high-quality CrNi steel manometer Type 732.14 in nominal sizes 100 or 160.
The pressure measuring device is manufactured according to EN 837-3.
The use of high-quality CrNi steel materials and the robust design aim for use in chemical and process engineering applications and is suitable for liquid and gaseous measuring substances, even in aggressive environments.
The high overload safety is achieved through a full-surface metallic installation of the measuring element.
The robust diaphragm spring measuring system generates a pressure-proportional pointer rotation. An electronic angle sensor, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the pointer shaft contactlessly and therefore absolutely wear-free and reaction-free. From this, the pressure-proportional electrical output signal of 4 … 20 mA is generated. The electrical zero point can additionally be set manually.
The electronic WIKA sensor, integrated into the high-quality mechanical differential pressure manometer, combines the advantages of electrical signal transmission with a mechanical display on-site that is also readable in the event of a power failure.
An additional measuring point with a mechanical pressure display can thus be saved.
